We are really excited to be taking over the speakeasy-style Skylark Bar at the fantastic Shelter Hall food market on the seafront, about 25 minutes walk from Brighton Station. We will be showing a range of organic wines to taste with Spring & Summer drinking in mind, plus a couple of surprises.
If you are looking for low or no alcohol ideas for the seasons ahead, then we will be showing a delicious range of drinks to try. Perhaps you are sober-curious (but want to be just a little bit naughty), then we are delighted to be collaborating with Roisin Meredith, founder of Wildling. Her award winning feisty ferments, brewed in her Potion Shed in Sussex, are alive, wild and unpasteurised. Certainly an exciting addition to the fast growing low-alcohol sector and these small batch definitely worth trying. Not only are they delicious, they have health benefits too!
And should you be hungry afterwards, why not enjoy the fabulous food from one of the pop-up restaurants in residence in the food-hall. We have reserved a couple of long tables and let us know if you would like us to book you a place?
