Chablis 2023, Domaine Michaut Frères
This wine delivers a classic Chablis profile, with steely, mouthwatering focus and ample fruit.
Bodegas Y Viñedos Merayo Godello 2023, Costilla Y Léon
Godello is a wonderful variety, which produces some of the most distinguished white wine from Spain. The winemaker manages to coax green apple and stone fruit, with elegant traces of citrus and fennel.
Iona, Elgin Highlands Sauvignon Blanc 2024
The Elgin Highlands are unique, sitting on an elevated plateau at an average of 450 m above sea level and home to the coolest vineyards in South Africa. Perfect of Sauvignon Blanc and this excellent wine is a great expression of this variety.

Crocus l’Atelier 2020, Cahors
A robust a densely packed Cahors from South Western France. This just cries out for some festive feasting. 100% Malbec unhindered by oak. Inky, floral and refined with notes of plum and black cherry.

Delaforce LBV 2018
Bottled after maturing in wood for up to 6 years, offering an early softness and development. LBV is only avail when the harvest has been very good, thus producing mature port of vintage quality that are ready for drinking without the need for decanting.
