80% beautifully lifted and seductive old vine Grenache, with 20% Syrah to add a bit of weight and gravity to the blend. Vinified in concrete tanks with natural yeasts from old vines grown on light clay and sandy soils … and you can feel this on the palate; the same elegance and purity expressed through cherry fruit, licorice with touches of pepper and spice. Divine with Peking duck pancakes and would be a wonderful match with goose or seasonal game.
