It all begins with a friendly chat with Karl Elwood. Let’s book a phone call to get to know your wine preferences, from your favourite varietals to the nuances that make your palate sing. This is your very own wine profile, crafted with care to ensure each bottle you receive is perfectly suited to your taste.
Based on our initial chat, Karl will send you a delightful tasting pack ahead of a prearranged video tasting session. This fun and interactive tasting will further refine your wine profile, guiding us in selecting your monthly wines.
But we don’t just stop there!
Every three months, we’ll hop on another video call to taste some more wines together. This is how Karl can ensure that you’re not only receiving wines you love, but also discovering new favourites. It’s all about making your wine journey as enjoyable and satisfying as possible.
Your subscription will be all about your taste buds. You’ll learn why you enjoy certain wines, explore new regions and varietals, and deepen your wine knowledge in a fun, relaxed setting. We’re here to introduce you to hidden gems that you might otherwise overlook.
Choose the package that suits you best with a minimum subscription period of just three months. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime – though we think you’ll want to stick around once you see how much fun we’re having!

This helps us curate a bespoke tasting pack just for you, which is delivered straight to your door and we’ll jump on a 1-hour virtual tasting to explore the wines, refine the selections we make together and help you discover new favourites. Every three months, we’ll catch up again with a virtual tasting (included in your subscription) to ensure you’re continuously enjoying wines that excite you, while also broadening your horizons.
The Epicurean Selections are for those looking for wines with depth, character and a true sense of place. In this tier, you’ll receive 2 bottles each of 6 unique wines that go beyond the mainstream. Each bottle tells the story of its region, its people and its craftsmanship. We are looking to select wines for you that stand out, not just for their quality, but for the way they embody the terroir from which they come. These are wines that are rich in history, personality and have a great story to tell you.
This is for the even more adventurous! Our Artisan Selections bring you wines that often fly under the radar. You’ll receive 2 bottles each of 6 wines that are crafted by smaller, independent producers, offering tremendous value and quality. These wines may not always make the headlines, but they are the kind of discoveries that surprise and delight—perfect for those who appreciate wines with individuality and want to explore off the beaten path. With the Artisan Selections, you’ll be introduced to some of the best-kept secrets in the wine world.
The Cellar Collection Plan is designed for those looking to invest in wines for future enjoyment. Whether you’re expanding an existing collection or just starting to build your cellar, this plan focuses on wines that will only improve with age. We’ll help you select bottles that are perfect for laying down, ensuring they reach their peak for future enjoyment. If you’re looking for a long-term commitment to exceptional wines that will develop beautifully over time, this is the subscription for you. Together, we can help create the foundation of your future wine collection or grow the one you already have.
By subscribing to our Wine Discovery Experience subscription service, you agree to a recurring monthly payment that provides you with a curated selection of wines based on your preferences, along with access to quarterly virtual tasting sessions.
The virtual tasting packs will consist of between 5 to 6 wines contained in 100ml pouches, so enough for two people to share. They will also contain storage instructions and food recommendations. Remote tasting sessions to be booked in advance on a quarterly basis.
The Epicurean and Curators Selections options will provide you with a selection of a dozen bottles on a monthly basis, consisting of two bottles each of 6 wines based on your individual preferences. Rather than a fixed monthly case, The Cellar Collection Plan offers flexibility in how often you purchase, whether that is monthly or quarterly for example. Each case will be customised based on discussions regarding your collection goals and wine preferences. These will be purchases of complete cases as opposed to mixed cases.
Our subscription service requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This ensures you have ample time to experience our service and the wines selected specifically for your palate.
After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the terms above.
